(More customer reviews)We bought this early in our remodel, only to let it sit around in the box for nine months before installing it. Big mistake, since the warranty is done for. The movable part of the unit won't stay in position...it's like a yo-yo. Utterly useless. I've spoken with Frigidaire, which was like smashing my head into a brick wall.
Now I've started taking parts out, beginning with the microswitch that controls the gear motor (V7-3E27E9 Honeywell Microswitch if you're interested). I'll update later on the progress of my repair.
Nope, wasn't the microswitch. Back to the drawing board.
